April 9, 2020: PASSOVER -The BLOOD OF THE LAMB

As MESSIANIC JEWS, we need to remember that we are the PEOPLE OF GOD! And in HIS SON, YESHUA, we enter into a NEW COVENANT with HIM! ANYONE can enter into this New Covenant, so long as we RECIEVE His gift of SALVATION (Which is what the Name YESHUA means!). Now, as BELIEVERS, we need to TRUST IN THE WORK that YESHUA did for us on that CROSS (the Tree of Sacrifice), when HIS BLOOD was SHED not only to pay for our sins, but that He also CONQUERED ALL sicknesses, illnesses, diseases and death - giving us VICTORIES and BREAKTHROUGHS, causing us to be MORE THAN CONQUERORS, IN HIM!!! WE NEED TO ACTUALLY BELIEVE THIS - AND LIVE VICTORIOUSLY, LIKE WE ACTUALLY DO!! This is HOW WE OVERCOME: "And they overcame him by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB and by the WORD of their TESTIMONY, and they did not love their lives to the death." (Revelation 12:11 NKJV)

How amazing that this whole coronavirus PANDEMIC is happening, at THIS TIME, during this season in which Jewish people all over the world are celebrating PASSOVER! Was it not during this EXACT SAME SEASON that the Isrealites WITNESSED the 9 PLAGUES being administered to the Egyptians? And yet, as we are now in that Passover (PESACH, in Hebrew) season and the celebrations, which started last night; we REMEMBER ALL 10 PLAGUES. We can't help but notice that there's a DIFFERENCE in the 10th PLAGUE than all the other plagues that were done to the Egyptians. Because THIS TIME, there were SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS that needed to be carried out and OBEYED, in order to be SPARED from the 10th and FINAL PLAGUE. This time, the 10th plague was not just going to AFFECT the EGYPTIANS, but EVERY HOME, INCLUDING that of the ISRAELITES, **IF** the instructions were NOT FOLLOWED. Exodus chapter 12 gives a full description of all the instructions, but here are a couple of important points that ADONAI INSTRUCTED the Israelites: • "Your LAMB shall be WITHOUT BLEMISH, a male a year old... • When the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall KILL THEIR LAMBS at twilight. • Then they shall TAKE some of the BLOOD and PUT it ON the two DOORPOSTS and the LINTEL of the HOUSES in which they eat it." (Exodus 12:5‭-‬7 ESV) "The BLOOD shall be a SIGN for you, on the HOUSES WHERE YOU ARE. And when I SEE the BLOOD, I will PASS OVER you, and NO PLAGUE will befall you to destroy you, when I strike the land of Egypt." (Exodus 12:13 ESV)

So what does this have to do with US NOW?? EVERYTHING!!!! Just as we have APPLIED the BLOOD of YESHUA upon our lives, when we received His gift of Salvation as that "SPOTLESS LAMB WHO TAKES AWAY THE SIN OF THE WORLD" (John 1:29) by "CONFESSING with our MOUTHS that He is LORD" (Romans 10:9); We now APPLY the BLOOD OF THE LAMB upon the DOORPOSTS of our homes, by SPEAKING OUT LOUD, AND CONFESSING WITH OUR MOUTHS the awesome PROMISES OF GOD over our lives, over our families, over our homes!!! WHY is it important to speak the WORD of GOD OUT LOUD, and NOT just THINKING them in our minds??? As it says in Proverbs 18:21 "The TONGUE can bring DEATH OR LIFE; Those who love to talk will reap the consequences."

Therefore, INSTEAD of speaking words that bring anxieties, fears, worries, hopelessness, doubts and darkness into our lives - ESPECIALLY concerning this coronavirus - We need to SPEAK WORDS OF LIFE, PROMISES FROM THE WORD OF GOD, that will FILL US with FAITH, HOPE and the COURAGE we need to BELIEVE GOD and HIS PROMISES for us!! As Romans 10:17 says: "So then FAITH comes by HEARING, and hearing by the WORD of GOD."

How can we hear the Word of God, if we DON'T SPEAK IT?!?! So then, SPEAK THE WORD OF ADONAI over your homes, over EVERY family member, and over your very own life! THIS IS HOW WE CAN APPLY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB OVER THE DOORPOSTS OF OUR HOMES, RIGHT NOW!!! Then you will "TASTE AND SEE THAT THE LORD IS GOOD" (Psalm 34:8)!!! HalleluYah!!! 🙏🙌❤🙏🙌❤🙏 As King David said of Goliath: "For WHO IS this UNCIRCUMCISED PHILISTINE, that he should DEFY the ARMIES of the LIVING GOD?” (I Samuel 17:26 NKJV) In the same way, we say today: 'What is this CORONAVIRUS that it should DEFY the ARMIES of the LIVING GOD????' "SURELY HE WILL SAVE you from the fowler’s snare and FROM the DEADLY PESTILENCE." (Psalms 91:3 NIV)

PRONOUNCE ALL OF PSALM 91 over your household!! The WORD OF GOD is the BEST DETERRENT, the BEST ANTIDOTE, the BEST VACCINE you could possibly apply upon yourself and your loved ones TODAY!!

So DO NOT be succumbed to fear, worries or anxieties; "For GOD has NOT given us a spirit of fear, but of POWER and of LOVE and of a SOUND MIND." (II Timothy 1:7 NKJV)

THIS is how we OVERCOME!!! 💪
